Support & Information

Our Community Support team respond to the needs of communities by offering one-to-one meetings in our community office and satellite clinics, across Athlone, south Westmeath and Monkland (south Roscommon).

We reach out to those living in the community by offering a dedicated one to one support worker. We can provide support to make a safety plan and  guidance on how to keep you and those you care for, safer from abuse. 

We listen and validate your experiences of domestic violence while providing the space to look at possible options regarding legal, housing, social welfare, rights and entitlements. We also provide ongoing support to clients moving on from refuge.

We can signpost to other appropriate agencies and provide emotional support throughout your domestic violence journey.
